MomsWorld's Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement

Welcome to MomsWorld.com, an online community for Moms around the world. By using the MomsWorld.com Website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by this terms and conditions of use agreement ("Agreement") whether or not you register as a member ("Member") with the site. MomsWorld LLC ("MomsWorld", "we", "us") reserves the right to modify them at any time, and you should check these terms and conditions periodically for any changes. By using this Site after we post any changes to these terms and conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If you wish to become a Member of the site, please read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance of it as instructed in the registration process.

Scope of Terms and Conditions

This Agreement applies to your use of the Site owned or operated by MomsWorld LLC. This Agreement does not apply to your use of unaffiliated sites to which the Site only links. The Agreement includes the Site's Privacy Policy and any notices MomsWorld.com issues about the Site.

Copyright

The content ("Content") of our Site is protected by copyright and trademark laws and is the property of MomsWorld LLC. Content includes any information, mode of expression, or other materials found on the Site. This includes answers to questions, message boards, blogs, editorial, graphics, and other features found on the Site. Unless we say otherwise, you may access the materials located within the Site only for your personal and non-commercial use. When you download copyrighted Content, you do not obtain any ownership rights in that material.

By posting on the Site, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted or will grant) us a perpetual, nonexclusive right and license to use your postings, in their original or edited form, in online websites, books, articles, television, or in any other medium now known or later developed. You also warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you have posted and that the public posting and use of such content by us will not infringe the rights of any third party. Additionally, you warrant that any "moral rights" in posted materials have been waived. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you retain the right to any content you contribute by posting it on the Site.

Conduct

We ask that all Members conduct themselves in a lawful and civil manner. MomsWorld exists to provide peer support and information to its Members, and so Members must adhere to the following common sense ground rules when posting in message boards, in blogs, or in private communications between Members using the Site's messaging service:

Do not post or transmit content that is vulgar, racist, harassing, and defamatory or that threatens physical or mental harm.

Do not disclose any personally revealing information about other Members.

Do not advertise or transmit promotional materials, chain letters, 'spam', sweepstakes or other commercial solicitations.

Do not post transmit sexually explicit material or links to sexually explicit material.

Do not post or transmit an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as re-posting copyright protected articles or providing pirated
computer programs or links to them.

Do not post or transmit patently false, fraudulent or other content that you know to be misleading or untrue.

Do not solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.

Do not post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other destructive component that may harm another person's computer.

Do not allow others to use your membership to violate any of these rules.

MomsWorld is not responsible for the availability of any other site to which the Site links. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, advertising, products or other materials made available through any other site. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of, or reliance on, any content, goods or services available on any other site. You should direct any concerns to that site's administrator or webmaster.

Termination of Membership

We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate the membership of any Member who violates any of these terms and conditions of use, any of the Member rules of conduct, or for any other behavior that we in our discretion believe is inappropriate.

Neither we nor any of our respective licensors or suppliers warrant that any functions contained in the sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the sites or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Neither we nor any of our respective licensors or suppliers warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the services, products or materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not we or any of our respective licensors or suppliers) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction to your system.

Parental Permission

Some of the information available on the Site may concern the topic of sex and may not be appropriate for children. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use this Site and we will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
